Alison Wang, PHR, currently serves as a People Partner II at Box since October 2025. Prior to this role, Alison was a People Business Partner at Twelve, where responsibilities included advising senior leaders and managing employee relations, coaching, and talent management within various technical teams. Previously, Alison held the position of People Operations Manager at Twelve, where significant achievements included scaling HR processes to support a growing workforce. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at One Medical, providing comprehensive HR support across multiple organizational areas, and as an HR Specialist at Mass General Brigham, collaborating with HR business partners to deliver strategic services to over 5,000 employees. Alison's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Boston College and a Master of Science in Human Capital Analytics and Technology from New York University.
