Amy Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Program Manager at Box since May 2022, Amy previously held key positions at Nearpod, including Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior roles include K-12 Business Development and Education Strategist at CDW-G, and various instructional roles at Consolidated High School District 230 and Chicago Public Schools. Amy began her career at Quick Test/Heakin Research, progressing from Project Manager to District Manager.
