Bailey Schutter

Bailey Schutter is an experienced professional specializing in agile methodologies and digital operations. Currently serving as the Enterprise Systems Scrum Master at Box since July 2024, Bailey manages the development teams responsible for business systems and applications. Previously, Bailey worked as an Agile Delivery Consultant at Vervint, leading mobile, web, and cloud software projects and managing cross-functional teams. Earlier roles include serving as an IoT Scrum Master and Associate Scrum Master at Amway, where Bailey significantly contributed to product launches and team development. Additional experience encompasses positions in digital marketing and operations, with a strong foundation in content creation and client engagement from roles at SWELL Digital, Dominion Systems, and AVI-SPL. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Technology from Michigan State University.
