Ben Robaidek

Ben Robaidek is a skilled machine learning engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Box since June 2025, Ben previously held positions at Redfin as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer II from November 2024 to May 2025. Prior to this, Ben contributed to the development of a confidential presentation attack detection system at the Information Sciences Institute. Ben's early experience includes roles as a Course Grader at the University of Washington for a graduate-level machine learning course, an Undergraduate Research Assistant focused on solving math word problems with machine learning methods, and a Machine Learning Engineer II at Axon, where significant contributions were made to automated license plate recognition and gunshot detection technologies.
