Caitlin Byrnes is a results-oriented internal audit leader currently serving as the Director of SOX at Box, where they leverage over 15 years of progressive public company experience in financial, operational, and compliance auditing. Previously, Caitlin held various roles at Smith & Wesson, Aetna, and Deloitte & Touche LLP, demonstrating a proven ability to effectively manage internal audit departments while meeting deadlines and cultivating strong relationships with senior management. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford.
