Denis Grenader

Denis Grenader is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and search technologies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering for Box, Grenader oversees Box AI, Search, and ML domains. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager at Box, where responsibilities encompassed various engineering teams focused on messaging, compute, reporting, analytics infrastructure, and data engineering. Previous experience includes positions at A9.com as Staff Cloud Software Architect and Engineering Manager, as well as roles at Microsoft contributing to the Bing Online Services Division. Grenader began a career in software development at Epic Systems and Xymox Technologies. Educated at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Grenader holds a B.S. in Computer Science.
