Emily Lopez, MSIO, PHR, has over a decade of experience in talent development and acquisition, currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent & Org Development at Box since January 2017. In previous roles at Box, Emily advanced through various titles, including Director and Sr. Manager of Talent Development. Concurrently, Emily serves on the Board of Directors for CASA of San Luis Obispo County since April 2022. Prior to Box, Emily worked at Aerohive Networks as a Programs Specialist in Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included project management and program integration to enhance recruitment and retention efforts. Earlier experience includes roles at Financial Engines focused on talent acquisition operations. Emily earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San José State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Humboldt State University.
