Heather Bui

Heather Bui is an experienced team leader and program manager who currently leads the Executive Sponsorship Program within Customer Success Programs at Box. Previously, Heather served as the Officer in Charge at the Zumwalt Training Facility for the US Navy, managing a team of over 35 personnel and a $6M budget for training initiatives. Heather has also held positions as a Navigator on the USS Zumwalt and as an Engineering Division Officer on the USS Fitzgerald, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership and resilience. An honors graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University.
