Jared Comis

Jared Comis is a highly experienced Staff Product Designer currently leading design for Box Apps since December 2020, with a focus on core box experiences and integrations with platforms such as Slack, MS Teams, Salesforce, and Zoom. Prior to this role, Jared served as Senior Architect in User Experience at Deloitte Digital from September 2013 to December 2020, where product design was spearheaded for various native apps, web, and SaaS products, including the Chipotle web and mobile applications. Jared's career includes a position as Staff Product Designer at the University of Washington from January 2012 to August 2013, where research-driven design was implemented for student and faculty web and mobile applications. A freelance background from August 2006 to August 2013 involved diverse product design, research, and front-end development projects. Jared holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Quinnipiac University.
