Jen Galvan currently serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Box since October 2018, following a role as Director of Customer Success. Previously, Jen held the position of VP of Customer Success and Renewals at Flexera Software from July 2017 to October 2018. Jen’s career began at Smith, Bucklin & Associates as Market Research Manager and continued at SPSS, an IBM Company, in managerial roles. From 2009 to July 2017, Jen worked at IBM as a Technical Sales Business Unit Executive. Jen Galvan is dedicated to helping organizations leverage analytics to drive improved revenue, profit, and operational efficiency. Jen holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Spanish from Eastern Illinois University.
