Jessica Lin

Jessica Lin is an experienced operations analyst specializing in partner operations, currently employed at Box since August 2022. Previously, Jessica worked at Smartsheet from July 2019 to July 2022 in various roles, including Senior Deal Operations Specialist and Corporate Marketing Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed managing corporate events, driving marketing efforts, and coordinating an Operational Excellence project to streamline processes. Prior internships included editorial work at Alaska Airlines and a category management internship at The North West Company, among other positions in marketing and sales. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Communication from the University of Washington, earned in 2019.
