Jim Turbek

Jim Turbek is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Recruiting at Box since September 2015. In this role, Jim has progressed through various positions, including Director of Global GTM Recruiting and Manager of Enterprise Sales Recruiting. Prior to Box, Jim worked at Kantar from April 2013 to September 2015 as a Recruiting Business Partner and Digital Team Lead, where responsibility included leading the recruitment of digital talent across North America. Earlier experience includes serving as Practice Area Manager for Sales & Digital Marketing at Infinity Consulting Solutions from November 2008 to April 2013, where Jim built the practice from the ground up and managed a team of recruiters. Jim holds a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
