Julia Gan

Julia Gan is a seasoned technology and operations leader with extensive experience in program management and engineering. Currently serving as Sr Director of Technical Program Management and Engineering Chief of Staff at Box since February 2025, Julia previously co-founded Qnaptic, focusing on AI solutions for cognitive and language challenges. Julia held the position of Vice President of Operations at Pearson, managing a significant budget within the Direct-to-Consumer Division, and served as Sr Director of PMO at Shutterfly, optimizing cross-functional initiatives. Earlier roles included leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Sephora, and Capital One, where Julia directed key IT projects and innovations. Julia holds a BBA with honors in MIS and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently enrolled in the COO Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
