Julia Pawełas

Julia Pawełas is an experienced People Operations professional currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at Box since April 2024. Prior to this role, Julia worked as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Instapage from February 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing employee administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing support for managers on various employee-related issues. Julia's career also includes positions as a People Operations Specialist at AI REV, focusing on IT talent sourcing, and as a Junior HR & Administration Specialist at Freeport Metrics, handling both financial and HR tasks. Julia began the journey in HR through an internship at BRAD Management Consulting, where tasks included client relationship management and project support. Julia holds a Master’s degree in HR Biznes Partner from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and has studied Sociology at both the University of Vienna and the University of Warsaw.
