Justin Farley

Justin Farley is currently a Principal Recruiter at Box, focusing on hiring software engineers for the Warsaw office. Previously, Justin held several roles at Box, including Senior Technical Recruiter and Engineering Recruiter, where they led recruitment efforts in the US and Netherlands. Prior to that, Justin worked as an Engineering Recruiter at Google, specializing in the security space. Justin also gained extensive experience at Aerotek as a Senior Account Recruiting Manager, where they trained team members and developed sourcing strategies. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington.
