Kelly McCarthy has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Co-Lead for Box.org and as a Program Manager and Project Manager in offshore support at Box since May 2020. Prior to this, McCarthy worked as a Customer Service Representative at Giddy and held various roles at Volusion from November 2014 to October 2019, including Services Technical Lead and Tier 2 Ecommerce Support Specialist. McCarthy's background also includes internships and volunteer work, providing a rich foundation in customer service and operations across different industries. McCarthy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from St. Edward's University and has international experience from studying at Macquarie University.
