Maxine Gabay

Maxine Gabay is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as Director of People Partners for EMEA at Box since April 2021, Maxine has previously held various roles within the company, including Senior Team Manager and People Partner. Prior to joining Box, Maxine worked at BT as a Regional HR & Training Advisor, providing guidance on employee relations and HR initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, TUI Travel PLC, Amazon, and Cancer Research UK, where Maxine developed expertise in employee administration, recruitment, and performance management. Maxine holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Manchester.
