Rustam E. is a Senior Software Engineer at Box since December 2022, where strategic and technical direction for Box's Doc Gen product has been defined, focusing on quality and security aspects. Prior to this, Rustam worked as Software Engineer II at Datadog on application performance monitoring and as Senior Software Engineer at Elsevier, leading the development of a modular frontend architecture for a funding platform. Experience also includes a role as Frontend Developer at Adyen, where Rustam built the frontend for a payment solution, and several positions at Luxoft, including Senior Software Developer and Regular Software Developer, focusing on enterprise applications for major financial institutions. Earlier experience includes leading frontend development at DPI Creative Agency and freelance work on various web projects. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Rustam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
