Takushi Ode

Takushi Ode has extensive experience in business planning and management, having served as Team Owner at atama plus from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Cross-border Recruiting Solutions Unit and Business Planning at Recruit Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2016, and held various roles in sales strategy and operations. Takushi also worked at Box as Sr. Team Manager for Strategic Planning & Analysis between 2020 and 2021, focusing on financial planning for Japan and ANZ regions. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from The University of Tokyo, completed between 2007 and 2012, and have additional educational experience from The University of Manchester.
