Takushi Ode

Takushi Ode has extensive experience in business planning and management, serving as Team Owner at atama plus from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, Takushi held multiple significant roles at Recruit Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2016, including Head of Cross-border Recruiting Solutions Unit and Manager of Business Planning for RGF in China, Southeast Asia, and India. Additionally, Takushi was a Senior Team Manager at Box from 2020 to 2021, focusing on strategic planning and analysis for the Japan and ANZ regions. Takushi earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from The University of Tokyo, with additional studies at The University of Manchester.
