Travis Kolaja

Travis Kolaja is an experienced professional in customer success and sales management, currently serving as Manager of Scaled Customer Success at Box since February 2021. In this role, Travis oversees post-sales activities for enterprise customers, ensuring effective deployment and adoption of Box’s products while maintaining strong relationships and addressing customer needs. Prior to Box, Travis worked at ACFE as an Account Executive and Member Services Representative, managing global B2B sales and customer engagements. Additional experience includes roles in marketing and promotional design at Extra Life and Advanced Process, as well as entry-level positions in project coordination and sales. Travis holds a degree from Texas A&M University, completed in 2009.
