Drumil Mahajan

Drumil Mahajan has a diverse work experience in the field of embedded software engineering. Drumil started their career as an Instructor at the New York University K-12 STEM education center, teaching high school students about smart cities using Arduino. Drumil then worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, assisting with courses on real-time embedded systems and VLSI.

In 2017, Drumil joined Qualcomm as an Embedded Software Engineer. Drumil was responsible for designing and developing NR5G MAC layer software based on 3GPP specifications. Drumil also worked on simulator development and chip bring-up.

After three years at Qualcomm, Drumil joined Cisco Meraki in 2019 as a Member of Technical Staff.

In 2022, they moved on to work at Stealth as an Embedded Software Engineer. After a short period there, they joined Boxbot in 2023 in the same role.

Drumil Mahajan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2011 and 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Engineering at New York University from 2015 to 2017.
