Dylan has worked in various companies, including Boxbot, Lyten, Owens Design, CelLink Corporation, Bloom Energy, Thin Film Electronics, Cool Dry, and Hamilton 3D.

At CelLink Corporation, Dylan was responsible for designing, sourcing, and installing new production roll-to-roll manufacturing equipment for flex circuit products used in electric vehicle batteries. Dylan also maintained and improved existing process equipment and completed the mechanical design of production equipment.

At Bloom Energy, Dylan advanced the capabilities and efficiency of fuel cell thermal test equipment through the design of new mechanical systems and upgrades. Dylan managed and maintained test equipment for multiple product lines and developed a pneumatic compression load transfer mechanism to improve the fuel cell sintering process.

In their role at Thin Film Electronics, Dylan played a leadership role in designing, developing, implementing, and qualifying roll-to-roll semiconductor production equipment. Dylan also established and managed a complete material handling strategy for semiconductor products.

Dylan's work at Cool Dry involved designing, developing, and testing components and assemblies for an RF clothes dryer prototype. Dylan also focused on designing parts for manufacturability.

Lastly, at Hamilton 3D, Dylan generated specifications and scope of work for customers' product ideas. Dylan designed functional prototypes using 3D CAD tools for proof-of-concept and low-volume manufacturing.

Dylan Tinsley has a diverse education history. Dylan began their academic journey at College of the Canyons, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they attended San Jose State University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering between 2014 and 2016.

Alongside their formal education, Dylan Tinsley has also obtained additional certifications. In 2010, they completed Team Management Training Certification from Jersey Mike's Subs. Later in 2018, they earned a Web Handling Seminar Certification from the Oklahoma State University - Web Handling Research Center.
