Joe Colangelo

Joe Colangelo is currently the CEO at Boxcar. Prior to this, they were the President at Consumers' Research from July 2013 to March 2017. During their time there, they became an authority and respected expert on the regulation of technology, including Uber, Airbnb, Bitcoin, Net Neutrality, Healthcare, blockchain, and Financial Technology. From August 2012 to July 2013, Joe Colangelo was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. There, they led post-merger integration for a commercial client that involved restructuring a medical device manufacturer. Joe also conducted financial and market analysis and benchmarking for a civil client. In addition, they completed modeling of a multi-billion-dollar acquisition program for a defense client. From August 2011 to August 2012, Joe Colangelo was the National Sales Manager at TroopSwap (now ID.me). Prior to that, from May 2010 to December 2015, they were the Founder, Head of Sales and Marketing at Golden Coast Mead. Joe Colangelo's professional career began when they served as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from May 2007 to August 2011.
