Dan Spiesz

Dan Spiesz is currently an account executive at BoxCast. Dan has previously worked as a client success consultant from February 2016 to October 2017 and as a lead assistant from January 2014 to February 2016.

Dan is responsible for handling all inbound client inquiries and performing outbound call campaigns to BoxCast's client base. Dan also helps direct technical support inquiries to the company's client services team. In addition, they are responsible for customer retention and effectively leveraging supporting resources in the sales process.

Before working at BoxCast, Dan was a client success consultant at 1 EDI Source, Inc. where they were responsible for handling all inbound client inquiries, identifying client needs, and processing sales orders. Dan also answered questions around billing rates and billing cycles.

Prior to that, Dan worked as a lead assistant at Rent-A-Center where they were responsible for ensuring day-to-day business operations ran smoothly. Dan also drove sales and grew revenue through targeted sales conversations and collection practices.

Dan Spiesz attended Bay High School and then went on to get a certification from Winning by Design in Mastership in sales.
