Eddie Bennett

Eddie Bennett is currently a Client Manager at BoxCast. Prior to their current position, they were a Client Success Manager at 1EDI Source from February 2016 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for account management, growth and retention of a customer base with annual revenues of $3,500,000 that included industry leaders in manufacturing, retail and CPG. Eddie also performed annual business reviews and quarterly check-ups with executive and technical teams in order to build 1 EDI product awareness, increase customer satisfaction and generate new annual revenue. Additionally, they consulted with potential mid-size to large corporations on strategic business decisions around implementing new EDI solutions into enterprise business applications.

From September 2010 to February 2016, Bennett was the Public Housing and Benefits Coordinator/Norma Herr Women's Center Manager at FrontLine Service. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating public housing and benefits services for women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Eddie also managed the Norma Herr Women's Center, which is a 24-hour emergency shelter for women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

From January 2009 to August 2010, Bennett was the State Program Coordinator at Cuyahoga Re-Entry Agency Inc. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating state programs that provide services to individuals who are returning to the community after being incarcerated.

Eddie Bennett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Political Science from The University of Akron and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice Technology from The University of Akron. Eddie also has certification from 1 EDI Source, Inc. in Introduction to EDI and EDI mapping.
