Eddie Bennett

Eddie Bennett is currently a Client Success Manager II at BoxCast, where Eddie provides ongoing support to the customer base, conducts business reviews, and ensures customer satisfaction. Prior to their current role, Eddie worked as a Client Success Manager at 1EDI Source, where Eddie managed key accounts, generated new revenue, and consulted with corporations on implementing EDI solutions. Eddie also has experience as a Public Housing and Benefits Coordinator/Norma Herr Women's Center Manager at FrontLine Service and as a State Program Coordinator at Cuyahoga Re-Entry Agency Inc. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Political Science and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice Technology from The University of Akron.
