Stephen Smithgall

Stephen Smithgall is a skilled UX Designer currently working at BoxCast since February 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions as a UX/UI Designer at HERBL Solutions, focusing on designing and prototyping a Wholesale/Supply Chain Order Management System, and at Blackbird, where a range of B2B and B2C platform features were developed under Stephen's guidance. In addition, significant achievements include a redesign of product tiles that increased average order value and the creation of a design system that improved the design and development workflow. Stephen's earlier experience spans roles in audiovisual production, technical maintenance, and videography, with a strong foundation in mass communication obtained from Virginia Commonwealth University.
