Dhayane Taboada

Dhayane Taboada is currently an HRBP & Culture Manager for LATAM at Rappi. Previously, they served as Co-founder and Head of People & Culture at Box Delivery, where they transformed HR into a strategic function and contributed to the company's acquisition by Rappi. Earlier in their career, Dhayane held positions such as Planning Assistant at Technip and Multifuncional at Nihon Capital, managing various administrative and HR services. They hold a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Paulista and are pursuing an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Strategic Leadership at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
