Co-Founder and Chairman at Boxful

Carl Wu has extensive work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. In 2007, they began working as a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group. In 2014, they were appointed as a Board Director at Pactera. In 2015, they co-founded Boxful, an on-demand self storage and logistics technology startup in Asia. In 2016, they co-founded New Frontier Group, an investment holding company, and also co-founded Toby, the largest online marketplace for local services in Hong Kong. In 2017, they were appointed Lead Director of the Board at Unimed Health. In 2019, they became Chairman of the Executive Committee, President and Board Member of New Frontier Health / United Family, the leading healthcare service provider in China. Carl also became Chairman of the Board of Care Alliance, which builds and operates post-acute rehabilitation hospitals, pediatric rehabilitation centers, geriatric hospitals and long-term nursing facilities. Additionally, they co-founded YD Care, one of the leading and fastest growing home health operators in China, and became Chairman of The Board of NF Greater Bay Health Holding, which is building a world class private hospital in Downtown Shenzhen.

Carl Wu attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a BSc in Economics, specializing in Economics.
