Ahmed Elsayed

Ahmed Elsayed has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Ahmed began their career in 2008 as an Intern at Intel. In 2009, they moved to IPMagix as a Pre-sales Engineer where they were responsible for pre-sales and business development in a number of software products. In 2010, they Co-founded Apptitude and created mobile apps. Also in 2010, they joined IBM as part of the 2010 - 2011 IBM Graduate Program in MEA and worked as an IT Delivery Specialist. In 2014, they moved to EMC as an Associate Delivery Specialist (Storage Infrastructure), where they were responsible for data storage systems implementation with a focus on enterprise storage products from EMC, mainly the VMAX family. In 2017, they joined Boxit Storage as a Growth Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Senior Business Development Manager at Guardian Commercial.

Ahmed Elsayed completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Helwan University from 2004 to 2009. Ahmed also participated in a one semester exchange program at the University of Montana, MT, USA in 2007. Ahmed holds certifications from Duolingo, EMC, and EMCISA, including an Elementary German Fluency certification from Duolingo obtained in March 2016, an Implementation Engineer and Symmetrix Solutions Specialist Version 7.0 certification from EMC obtained in May 2015, and an Information Storage Associate Version 2 (EMCISA) certification from EMC obtained in December 2014.
