Roger Wade is an accomplished entrepreneur and brand consultant with significant experience in the fashion and investment sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of Boxfund VC since February 2023, Roger focuses on early-stage SEIS/EIS investments primarily in ESG and B Corp businesses. As the Founder and Director of BOXPARK since December 2010, Roger pioneered the concept of the world's first pop-up mall. Roger's earlier roles include Brand Director at Pentland Brands, Managing Director and Founder of the iconic streetwear brand Boxfresh, and participation on the eBay Enterprise Exec Advisory Board. Roger Wade is also the founder of Brands Incorporated, a consultancy specializing in UK fashion brands. Educated at renowned institutions including London Business School and Imperial College Business School, Roger holds a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Sussex.
