Will Holmes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Beginning a legal career at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison as a Summer Associate, Will served as General Counsel and Director of Business Development at giggle from 2005 to 2013. From 1996 to 2004, Will practiced as an Attorney at Gunderson Dettmer. Will held the position of Partner at New Counsel, PLC from 2016 to 2021 and currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Unimax since July 2022. Additional roles include Interim Assistant General Counsel for Sword Health through 2024 and fractional General Counsel for Oobli, Essential Aero, and BoxPower, managing diverse legal matters including corporate governance, commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships.
