Andrew Pattison has a diverse work experience starting from 1990. Andrew worked as a Maintenance Manager at Kimberley Heating from 1990 to 1992, followed by the position of Sales & Installations Manager at Midas Mechanical Services from 1992 to 1999. Andrew then served as an Operations Manager at Help-Link UK Ltd. from 2000 to 2007, where they managed key departments, budgets, and successfully resolved product failures and customer complaints. From 2007 to 2009, Andrew worked as an Operations Manager at Ice Energy Heat Pumps ltd, where they oversaw operational requirements, led business process enhancements, and handled product failures and customer complaints. In 2009, they joined Kingspan Water & Energy as a Technical Services Manager until 2012. Subsequently, they held the role of Operations Director at Help-Link UK Ltd. from 2012 to 2018. Andrew then joined HomeServe Plc in 2018 as the Head of Programmes and Projects, where they led a major productivity improvement program resulting in significant cost savings for the business. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Business Development Director EMEA at RA Tech UK Ltd. In 2021, Andrew joined Ivegate Limited, contributing to helping businesses achieve Net Zero with Solar PV. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Renewables at BOXT since 2022.

Andrew Pattison attended the British Gas Academy from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a City & Guilds degree in Gas Service Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Carterton Community College from 1981 to 1984, and Queens School R.A.F Rheindahlen in Germany from 1979 to 1981. In addition to their formal education, they hold a PPL (helicopter pilots license) and is type-rated on the Robinson R22 and R44 helicopters, certified by the CAA.
