Charles McDowell has a diverse background in both technical and laboratory roles. Starting as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Beechwood Laboratories Ltd from August 2017 to November 2021, Charles conducted tests on various food matrices, ensured laboratory equipment met standards, and trained new staff in a UKAS accredited environment. Following this experience, Charles transitioned into the IT sector, working as a ServiceNow Developer at Allstate Northern Ireland from November 2021 to April 2023, and is currently employed in the same capacity at Total Computer Networks since April 2023 and boxxe beginning in April 2024.
