Imogen Franklin

Imogen Franklin is an experienced Service Delivery Manager at Total Computer Networks since March 2020, with a strong background in service desk operations. Previously, Imogen served as Service Desk Team Leader and Senior Service Desk Analyst at Travis Perkins plc from February 2014 to March 2020, and held positions as Real Time Analyst and Contact Centre Advisor at Novacroft from March 2011 to February 2014. Imogen's educational foundation was established at The Duston School, where studies took place from 2004 to 2011.
