Martyn Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery management and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at boxxe, Martyn leads an engineering team managing infrastructure and core applications for a multinational aerospace company, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery methodologies. Previously, Martyn held various positions at Arqiva, including Operational Lead Service Transition and Broadcast Shift Leader, where key responsibilities included coordinating service transitions and managing national broadcast operations. Martyn also has experience as a Project Supervisor & Engineer at Tel-Aer and served as a Telecommunications Operator in the British Army's Royal Corps of Signals.
