Will Jackson is currently working as a Modern Workplace Specialist at boxxe since April 2020. Prior to this role, Will held positions at SBL as a Device and Infrastructure Support, and at the Grand Opera House as Front of House. In addition, Will worked at Dyson as a Dyson Expert, at Apple Inc. as a Red Zone Specialist, and also briefly owned a business as a Proprietor. Will graduated with a degree in Urban Planning from Newcastle University in 2014, after completing A Levels at All Saints RC School in York and GCSEs at Manor CE School. Will is passionate about customer focus and enjoys leading workshops for consumers on various subjects related to technology.
