Lance Marcos

Lance Marcos has extensive experience in IT and culinary management, currently serving as Senior Product Manager for IT Initiatives at Boyd Gaming since September 2018. Prior to this role, Lance held multiple positions at Golden Entertainment, Inc. from June 2004 to September 2018, including IT Applications Manager and POS Systems Administrator, overseeing software applications and food and beverage management. Lance's earlier culinary career includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at PF Chang's China Bistro and Executive Chef at Lucy's Table Restaurant. Lance holds a Culinary Diploma from the Western Culinary Institute and attended the University of California, Davis.
