Michael Paretti serves as Associate General Counsel - Operations at Boyd Gaming since July 2021 and holds a position on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada. Previously, Michael worked as an attorney at Snell & Wilmer from September 2015 to July 2021, specializing in complex commercial matters and representing a diverse clientele in various high-stakes disputes. Michael's experience also includes a judicial externship at the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and internships with the Nevada Attorney General's Office and the U.S. House of Representatives. Michael earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from William S. Boyd School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree with distinction and honors in Political Science from Schreyer Honors College at Penn State.
