Michael Pezo

Michael Pezo has over 15 years of work experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Michael started their career as an Assistant Hotel Manager at Treasure Island Resort & Casino in 2006 and later transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst. In 2010, they joined MGM Resorts International as a Financial Analyst and progressed to become a Revenue Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and finally a Financial Project Manager.

In 2015, Pezo moved to Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, where they served as a Manager of Financial Planning Analysis for two years. Michael then joined Luxor Hotel & Casino in 2017 as the Director of Financial Planning.

Currently, Pezo is working at Boyd Gaming as the Regional Manager - Operations Analytics, a position they have held since April 2018. Additionally, they have recently taken on the role of Regional Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Boyd Gaming starting in January 2022.

Michael Pezo attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Hotel Management with a specialization in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Michael holds an additional certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
