Rick Pedram is an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage Operations with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Between 1992 and 2025, they held various leadership roles, including Food Beverage Director at Registry Resorts and GM/Executive Chef at The Pepper Tree Restaurant. Notably, they served as the Director of Food Beverage Operations at Ballard Hospitality Consultants and currently hold this position at Boyd Gaming. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a Master’s degree in International/Global Studies from Tulane University.
