Ryan Soultz

Vice President Of Governmental Affairs at Boyd Gaming

Ryan Soultz has a diverse work experience in governmental affairs and policy analysis. Ryan started their career as a Governor's Fellow at the Office of Governor in 1997. Ryan then worked as a Public Information Director at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission from 1998 to 2000. Following that, they served as a Policy Analyst at the Indiana Senate from 2000 to 2002. In the same year, they joined the City of Marion, Indiana as a Corporate Counsel for a brief period. Ryan then moved to Boyd Gaming, where they held the position of Director of Governmental Affairs from 2002 to 2018, and later became the Vice President of Governmental Affairs in 2018.

Ryan Soultz attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from 1997 to 2001, where they earned their JD degree in Law. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they attended Ball State University where they obtained their BS degree in Political Science.
