Clinton was previously a development consultant at MGM Resorts and until 2019 was president and COO of Empire City Casino, in Yonkers, New York, which was acquired last year by MGM.
Before that, he served as senior vice President and legal counsel for MGM, for Baha Mar in Nassau and for slot machine manufacturing company Multimedia Games. He was also an associate at Sorelle Capital.
