Boylan Consulting specializes in MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) design, including coordinated Structural and Fire Safety Design, Carbon Reporting, and Sustainability. We have been supporting developers, modular manufacturers, and commercial clients for over 20 years, helping them navigate an increasingly complex construction and regulatory environment.

With offices in Ireland and Spain, and projects delivered across Europe, we work closely with clients to provide robust, compliant solutions that minimize risk and support long-term project success. Our integrated approach ensures projects are safe, efficient, and sustainable from concept through to completion.

As requirements around fire safety, sustainability, and structural design have evolved, we recognized the need for a trusted consulting partner that combines strong technical expertise with practical, buildable solutions adding real value at every stage of the project lifecycle and enabling our clients to deliver with confidence.
