Fred Oulieu is currently the Head of Production - Exhibitions at BOZAR, where they lead the execution of art installations. They previously held the role of Director at Whitebox sprl from 2010 to 2019, specializing in exhibition management and design. Before that, they served as Director at Registrart from 2005 to 2010, providing technical assistance to museums and private collectors. Fred also worked as a Registrar and installation technician at Xavier Hufkens gallery from 2003 to 2005. They earned a DNSEP in Art from Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Montpellier-District and a Master's degree in Beaux-arts / arts plastiques from Ecole Nationale d'art supérieure Montpellier.
