Abin John is a highly experienced Pressure System Integrity Engineer currently employed at bp since July 2024. Prior to this, Abin held various positions at Oceaneering from June 2018 to June 2024, including Sr. Asset Integrity Engineer Grade II and Sr. Asset Integrity Engineer Grade I. Abin's earlier experience includes a role as Project Associate for NDT Technology Development at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where research focused on ultrasonic wave guide sensors for molten metal temperature measurement. Additionally, Abin worked as an NDT Engineer at Dhvani Research & Development Solutions, specializing in corrosion and crack detection through ultrasonic guided waves. Abin holds a Master's degree in Non Destructive Testing from The American Society for Non-Destructive Testing and a BSc in Mathematics from Alagappa University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The Aeronautical Society of India.
