Alan Crossland

Alan Crossland, PhD, CEng, FIMMM, FICorr, is currently the BP Solutions Corrosion, Materials & Inspection Discipline Lead at BP, where they also hold the position of Corrosion Discipline Leader for the Eastern Hemisphere. They previously served as Integrity Management Manager for the Angola Region and AGT Offshore, as well as the Corrosion Management Theme Leader for the Inherently Reliable Facilities Flagship Program. Alan's career began as a corrosion engineer at capcis and TNK BP from 1999 to 2008. They earned a PhD in Electrochemistry from UMIST and also hold a Master's in Corrosion Science and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
