Alex Pavlov, CFA, is an accomplished FP&A and performance leader with over 20 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment governance. Formerly serving as Chief Internal Auditor at OJSC Bashneft and VP of Planning, Performance & Control at TNK-BP, they have held various leadership roles in finance, including advising the president of OJSK Bashneft on performance management. Currently, they contribute to the finance strategies at bp, focusing on delivering operational efficiencies and cost savings. Alex holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Moscow State University.
