Alice Locket

Alice Locket is an Executive Development Senior Advisor, currently supporting leadership and cultural initiatives at bp. Their career at bp spans multiple roles, including Leadership & Culture Advisor and HR Degree Apprentice. Alice earned a First Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Chartered Business Management from the University of West London and a Foundation Degree with Distinction in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. They completed their A Levels at Caterham School, focusing on Psychology, Business, English Literature, and Photography.
