Alistair Farmer

Alistair Farmer is a global demand planning expert with extensive experience in supply chain transformation and leadership in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). They began their career as a Graduate Buyer and progressed through various roles at RM Education before joining the LEGO Group, where they held multiple positions including Senior Manager of Planning & Analysis. Alistair served as Head of Planning at Dyson from 2018 to 2021 and is currently the Global Demand Planning Excellence Lead at bp. They earned a BA (Hons) in Pure Maths and French from Cardiff University, graduating with first-class honors.
