Amy Baber

Amy Baber, PE, is a Senior Environmental Advisor at bp, managing the Air & Carbon Program and driving continuous improvements in safety and performance. With extensive experience at bp, Amy has led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings, managing multidisciplinary teams across various projects since 2011. Prior to this role, Amy held engineering positions at Shaw Group and KBR, Inc., where they developed process designs for ethylene plants and refineries. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995.
